What is the repayment period for Cita Earners Loan?

Cita Earners loans can be given for a period of 6 months, depending on the amount and loan duration you will be able to service comfortably. Repayments are spread into monthly instalments.

What are the requirements for Cita Earners Loan?

- A valid employment with Federal Government, State or Private Sectors, and/or confirmation letter
- 3 month bank statements of a salary account
- Staff ID card

Does your loan require collaterals?

Only our Business loan requires a collateral and the collaterals must be 120% worth the amount the customer is requesting for.

My loan status is ‘Disbursed’, but I am yet to receive funds in my account.

It takes 24hrs-72hrs of loan approval to receive funds. If after this period, you have not received the transfer lets us know. However, before doing so, we also advise that you check your account balance directly as credit alerts are not always received with transfers.

Can I reschedule my loan repayment?

We do reschedule loan repayments on the condition that you must at least pay the interest or principal but this subject to approval.

Can I immediately request for another loan after liquidating my previous loan?

Yes, you can apply for another upon clearing your outstanding loans.

Depending on the duration of your investment, if the investment is for the duration of 3 months, it has to stay till maturity, if its 6 month investment duration there has to be one month notice, if the investment is for 1 year, there has to be 3 month notice before liquidation and if the investment is for 24 months there has to be 6 months’ notice before liquidation
